2. Products
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and dimensions may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Sofyre Rodent Repellent Pouches use a plant-derived formula (peppermint oil, cinnamon oil, castor oil, cedar wood) intended to deter rodents from treated areas. Results may vary depending on the size, location, and severity of an infestation. Sofyre is a deterrent product and is not intended to eliminate existing infestations, treat structural damage, or serve as a substitute for professional pest control where required. Keep pouches out of reach of small children and avoid direct ingestion by pets.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before processing.

4. Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.

5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped by contacting support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number. Once shipped, our 30-day refund policy applies.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design belongs to Sofyre / ClickCraft Ventures and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
ClickCraft Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of your order.
